How is your customer service?
Excellent. You work directly with me. No receptionist, no phone trees, no foreign, hard-to-understand accents. Since we create your marketing plan together, I know your needs intimately and can act accordingly to provide good service. You get my personal email address and personal cell phone number.
Are you legit? Are you capable and experienced?
Yes, yes, and yes. I’m the former Marketing Director of two companies and have a quarter of a century of sales and marketing experience ranging from direct sales, online sales, and every type of marketing you can think of, both on and offline.
My full set of skills is far too long to list here, but it includes SEO, SMM, web development, graphic design, pay per click, pay per call, product development, print advertising, audio and video production and more!

What is included in your service?
This isn’t some corporate, cookie-cutter plan that you just purchase online and then cross your fingers that it actually works. Each marketing service I provide is custom tailored to an individual’s needs. Although, I can offer many different services, you and I customize what I do, what the deliverables are and how it well be tracked and reported so you have a full understanding of what you’re getting for your money.
What sort of guarantees do you provide?
I get it. You want to feel confident that your hard earned money is being wisely spent and not wasted. Here’s the rub: I can only guarantee that I will provide good service and do the work we agree upon. But if anyone “guarantees” certain SEO rankings, the exact number of leads they will provide you, or other factors that are not fully within their control, then I would be leery of working with them.
What is the full process of getting started?
Simple. We start with a free consultation. (Sometimes two are needed if I need to gather some of your information on the first one and then do some research before presenting you a plan.)
So, one maybe two free consultations. Then I provide a proposal with a few options for you to choose from. You pick an option (or we customize one of them further), then we set up your online billing, you pay the fee and then I get started.
What sort of reporting, tracking, or result measurement is provided?
It depends on the service I’m providing. If it’s SEO on a Google Business Profile, then I provide PDF reports of content created, keyword rank tracking and visual heat maps of keywords and their cities/locations over time so you can see your rankings improving each month.
If it’s a pay-per-call campaign, for example, I provide you with a report of the inbound phone numbers, their call times, dates and details, and even recordings of the calls if you want. (Reports are customized to whatever service I’m providing and they’re clear and easy to understand.)
By default, I will send a report once per month. The timeframe can be customized if needed for your situation.
Will I be locked into a lengthy contract with you?
Nope. Most all of my services and projects work on a monthly fee basis. You can terminate the deal any time you want. I will complete any work / agreements that I’ve already been paid for. And you can cancel it anytime.
My agreements are customized to your project. They’re simple to understand, written by me and are based in good faith, handshake agreements- no legal jargon or bloated nonsense.
